Ayuda con molestos correos de virus !!!

Hola, ocurre que ultimamente he estado recibiendo durante todo el día, cada
5 minutos correos de Warning / Virus con un archivo adjunto que se llama
"VirusWarning.txt" (el cual no he querido abrir).

Que puedo hacer para dejar de recibir estos molestos correos??
Que son??

Recibo al día al rededor de 100 de estos e-mail.

PD: Aca abajo va un copy de uno de los correos que llegan.

hola agradece a tecnoera, que tiene filtro antivirus (netexplora es
propiedad de tecnoera), puesto que los virus son removidos y te deja ese
mensaje,
lo que puedes hacer es remover a los remitentes que te envian estos mails.

No entiendo eso de " remover a los remitentes que te envian estos mails. "
Son cientos de correos a diario con distintos remitentes.
